How can I access my Hire a Red Hawk Account?
To gain access to Hire a Red Hawk, please first update your information with Alumni Engagement by registering on MONTCLAIRconnect, the online community exclusive to Montclair State alumni.
Please note, it may take up to five business days for MONTCLAIRconnect to transfer your updated information to Hire a Red Hawk. You will receive an email with login instructions once access to Hire a Red Hawk has been granted.
New Users
If you did not receive an email, you will need to contact the Office of Alumni Engagement at alumni@montclair.edu or 973-655-4141 to confirm that we have your correct contact information. Once updated, the welcome email will be sent to you.

How to Register
- Start by visiting the Hire a Red Hawk Employer sign in page. Be sure to bookmark this page for easy access in the future!
- Click the "Sign Up" button for first-time login. Or, use your username (email) and password to log into an existing account.
- Once your account has been approved, you (or the contact person listed) will receive an email that includes your username and a link to create your password. This link will expire in 24 hours. If more than 24 hours have passed, please click on “forgot my password” and you will be emailed a new link.
*Note, we are unable to sync your alumni account with your employer account. Therefore, you will need to sign into each account separately. For more information visit:
