Deirdre R. Wheatley-Liss focuses her practice in the areas of asset protection planning, taxation, estate planning and administration, and elder law, as well as representing closely-held businesses and non-profit organizations. She has experience in Medicaid, retirement benefits, probate and will contest litigation, and guardianships and advocacy for the elderly and disabled.

She holds an LL.M in Taxation, an advanced legal degree. She is also accredited as a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the American Bar Association approved National Elder Law Foundation, one of fewer than 100 attorneys in New Jersey with this credential.
