Mindfulness in Infants, Children, and Those Who Care for Them: What the Stress-filled World Needs Now

  • Dr. Rebecca Shahmoon-Shanok: Founding CEO and Dean, Collaborations for Growth; Senior Research Associate, Center for Attachment Research, The New School for Social Research; Former Board Member, Zero to Three
  • Kate Rosenblum: Clinical Professor, Department of Psychiatry and Comprehensive Depression Center; Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Michigan Medicine, University of Michigan
  • Doreen Oliver: Performance of "Everything is Fine, Until it's Not," a humourous, musical, and heartfelt one-woman show that explores the relationship between mothers and their children, and the ability to accept those you love, even if they're not who you expected.
  • AND, of course, a mindfulness activity led by our own Dr. Gerry Costa!

Registration begins at 8:30 am. The program starts promptly at 9:00 am. Breakfast and lunch will be served. Parking fees are included. A flashdrive will be provided containing information from the presenters and co-sponsors.
