For the past year and a half, we have experienced unique challenges that have brought about an increased level of stress. Please join us for very important workshops to learn about self-care, as well as its many benefits.

12:30pm to 2:00pm in UN 1060 Brown Bag Lunch featuring HumanTrafficking 101 presentation by Ali Boak

4:30pm to 5:30pm in Schmitt Hall, room 318 GCHT Social Hour
