On Tuesday, October 19th, the MBA and Graduate Programs Office will be hosting our 2nd Executive Speaker Series event of Fall 2021 which will be our first speaker event held in-person since prior to the Pandemic. Our speaker will be Irv Dennis, Retired Ernst & Young Partner and former CFO of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Irv retired from Ernst & Young after a 37-year career and he was nominated by the President of the United States, and confirmed by the Senate, to serve as the CFO of U.S. Department of HUD. After HUD, he became a Board member of Cypress Mortgage Capital and a founding Board member and Treasurer of American Cornerstone Institute. Irv is an alumnus of Montclair State University and was the recipient of the Montclair State University’s Feliciano School of Business 2019 Distinguished Alumni Award. Irv is also the author of a book to be released in November titled, Transforming a Federal Agency: Management Lessons from HUD’s Financial Reconstruction.
