Authors consider the well known Pigou-Dalton transfer principal and strong equity in the context of intragenerational equity in an infinite generation society.
The income (resources) transfer from rich to poor is considered to be welfare entirely under certain circumstances.
In this paper, authors generalize the two equity principles in order to be able to rank transfers among arbitrary many pairs of rich and poor. This paper describes the restrictions for the existence of binary relations which pemit consistent pair wise ranking of utility stream satisfying the equity principles.
