The Justice Studies Department at Montclair State University offers an award winning American Bar Association (ABA) Approved Paralegal Studies Certificate Program.  Over 50% of our graduates go onto law school or obtain employment in the field.

Gain theoretical and practical knowledge in various aspects of law and analytical skills that are necessary for work as a paralegal professional. The Paralegal Studies Certificate program is 21 credits and can be completed within 1 year.
