Join in a 4 week series of prenatal Lamaze childbirth workshops that are welcoming, inclusive and open to all interested people! We use space with easy and free parking Montclair State University Center for Clinical Services off of Rt 46 in Little Falls, NJ

We will send you a welcome letter with directions. Partners and family members welcomed to attend.

This is a community engagement prenatal program open to all expectant parents/partners or anyone interested in the wonder of giving birth and being born. Expectant parents, grandparents in addition to community health workers, doulas or anyone interested in supporting healthy childbirth is welcomed to register.

Each class in the four week series includes stress reduction and community resources with an emphasis on health equity and navigating access to maternity care in NJ.

There will be another series for November/ December.
