After studying film in London she went onto study in New York at the Whitney Museum’s Independent Study Program and the Actors Studio.

From directing music videos she went onto direct, produce and write for the Sundance Channel, PBS, HBO and Channel Four TV in London. Her other work includes her award-winning documentary feature films Free Tibet and as a producer the indie feature FLORA.
