Hidden Gems: Grapes and places you need to know about!

It’s time to throw off the yoke of the known and travel to the unknown. Leave your preconceptions at the door and embrace the taste of something different! Join fellow wine lovers as you are led through an evening of hidden gems from around the world! 

Anyone can drink wine, but it takes practice to recognize and distinguish a wine's characteristics. Learn how to taste wine like the pros in no time, starting with your basic senses – look, smell and taste – and expanding from there. In addition to learning the key aspects of wine tasting, you will also be provided with a description of each of the wines you will sample so you can take notes.

Date: Thursday, March 21, 2024
Time: 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Cost: $45 per person* / Special price for class of 2024 graduates $25
Location: Montclair Campus - University Hall, Conference Center, 7th Floor
Registration Required: Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Must be 21 or older to attend. Proper ID is required for verification.

 

*Registration includes dinner, beverages and a $5 contribution to The Fund for Montclair State. (For Bloomfield alumni and friends, this will be a $5 contribution to the Bloomfield College Fund. Affiliation will be requested in the registration form below.) Thank you for your support!
